Return Deposit Insurance
In order to keep our cottage in pristine condition we ask that you honor the
following few requests:
• No pets allowed.
• No stains on furniture, carpets or bedding.
• Do not bring indoor furniture outside or outdoor
furniture inside.
• This is a non-smoking property.
Note: Please help us conserve energy by turning off the heater/air conditioner
every time you leave the house. You may turn it on upon return and they both
kick in very quickly.
Reservations: advance reservation is recommended and must be secured by a deposit with a
major credit card or check.
Deposit: $50 cleaning fee and $200 security deposit, refundable. Balance due 7 days prior to
check-in.
Cancellation: For cancellation we require
10 days advance notice.
Payment: 7 days prior to your check-in, your credit card will be charged for the amount
of your visit. If your plans must change after that time, we will refund the
balance except one night’s booking, unless we re-rent the cottage in which case we will refund the entire
amount less the $20 processing fee.
